50 Elizabeth Street

50 Elizabeth St was the full refurbishment of an existing Hobart CBD building.

It is a story of two halves. The external façade being fitted with new Capral 425 Series windows and Viridian Soltech Neutral double glazing, Hafele supplied Geze frameless auto-door operators with Viridian V-Tough glass, and heat-soaked V-Tough to all balustrades.

The internal fit-out package consisted of Capral 419 Series framing, with Viridian V-lam Hush glazing. These, along with acoustic door seals and Hafele door hardware provide a state-of-the-art office and meeting space with a detailed finish.
